Social Statistics is the use of Statistics to study to human behavior and social environment. The degree program in Social Statistics aims to produce graduates who are knowledgeable and skillful in the theory and practical use of Statistics in the contexts of Social Sciences. The degree program offers Statistics, Demography, Mathematics and Information Technology that are necessary in the field of Social Science. Throughout the degree program, undergraduates are educated and trained to formulate and process professional information to make productive decisions. In addition, they may develop the capacity to find solutions for social problems and issues from a scientific approach using numerical, computing, analytical and transferable skills. Finally, the graduates in Social Statistics enter a wide range of jobs in the labor market representing both public and private sector based on their academic qualifications and analytical skills.
